Gut–vagus knowledge graph — peptide/receptor seed.

A curated rank-only reference seed for the gut–vagus peptide/receptor axis, with full inventories deferred to external atlases.

Engine 1 · gut–vagus knowledge graph

A curated, evidence-noted seed — not a claim to have every peptide.

The knowledge graph links peptides across source universes to receptors, vagal relevance, and delivery liabilities. What ships today is a small, curated reference seed where every entry carries its evidence basis. The full inventories live in public databases (PeptideAtlas, BIOPEP-UWM, DFBP, NeuroPep, FermFooDb) and fold in only with license and provenance review. It is rank-only reference data, not a predictor.

SSTR2secondary (via gut)
Primary = receptor on vagal afferent neurons (vagal-afferent GPCR profiling; OXTR per a 2025 vagus study). Secondary = acts on gut cells that then signal the vagus. Source: Packages/PeptiterDiscovery/…/PeptideKnowledgeGraph.swift.
